Caitlin Lebel- Partner, Head Trainer

Forever a Mainer at heart, now a sunshine state resident, I couldn't be happier to call St. Pete Beach my home! I’ve spent the last decade immersing myself in the world of dog behavior, learning everything I can to build a deeper connection with my animals. I started a pack adventure business in Maine in 2016, which led me to want to further my education of understanding dog behavior better. In September of 2021, I was accepted into Cesar Millan’s Dog Psychology program.

  • Upon graduating from Fundamentals I and II I was invited back, but this time to become a part of the Training Cesar’s Way Team.  Working alongside Cesar and his incredible team at the Dog Psychology Center has been the greatest gift, personally and professionally. I have met the most inspiring, knowledgeable, creative, and spiritual dog community that have become like family. 

    My passion for adventuring with my dogs—whether exploring new trails or enjoying life on the water—drives my commitment to helping others experience the same joy and bond with their pets. Through Dogwear & Care, I’m dedicated to inspiring and supporting a lifestyle where dogs and their humans thrive together, wherever that may be.

I have been a part of the dog community for over a decade, capturing dog content with some of the best dog experts in the country. My journey began in media production, where I had the privilege of working with renowned Dog Psychology companies like Cesars Way, Pack Leader Dogs and Dog Fit Dallas. While filming I was soaking up all of the incredible knowledge my mentors were teaching to their million + audiences.

  • Through my experiences and interactions, a realization dawned upon me. I saw a need to help people wade through the vast sea of information and misconceptions surrounding dog training. And so, Dogwear & Care was born. Instead of teaching humans to train dogs based on perceived dominance or hierarchy, we strive to provide a unique perspective focusing on understanding how dogs see the world.

    By gaining insight into their mental state, we can effectively decipher their behaviors and provide them with the fulfillment they crave. Gone are the days of generic commands and physical positions. We believe in embracing the individuality of each dog and creating a tailored plan that suits their specific needs.

    At Dogwear & Care, we are dedicated to helping you forge an unbreakable bond with your family through an active lifestyle. In order to provide our clients with the best overall adventure experience we began to develop high quality gear that include training tools like leashes and collars.

    We strive to bring the most durable & top notch products while keeping our production here in the USA. Providing a hand made feel is priceless which is why we are starting with small batch items to meet our quality control standards.
